Octavious A. Buiey, Jr. earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and African American Studies from the University of Florida. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Octavious gained valuable experience as an Intern with the University of Miami’s Children and Youth Law Clinic, where he represented children in the foster care system in matters related to dependency and immigration. Octavious was also an editor for the University of Miami’s Inter-American Law Review and he served as the President of the University of Miami’s Student Bar Association.
Octavious is an associate at the firm, and his practice focuses on commercial litigation and insurance-coverage litigation.
